The SACU are committed to growing the sport and as such youth involvement is a priority, with certain disciplines welcoming members from just 4 years old.
Our disciplines don't require riders to hold a driving license and the minimum age of entry are listed below.
- Motocross from age 6
- Trials from age 6
- Quads from age 6
- Road Race from age 12 (Mini Moto age 4)
- Enduro from age 16
The SACU also host additional stand alone taster sessions in partnership with local schools and community groups aimed at breaking down the barriers to participating in motorcycle sport.
