The purpose of the group is to focus on achieving the business related aspects of the organisation as well as to create and complete innovative ideas to strengthen the organisation.
Current members and their roles are below.
David Paton
David’s role as Charity Fundraiser focusses on working with our development team to create and fund the charitable branch of the SACU.
Kevin Murray
Kevin’s role as Land Access Coordinator focuses on building relationship with the farmers’ union and land owners as well as aiding the SACU in approaching new land owners and gaining additional access.
Rachel Spiers
Rachel’s role as Social Media Coordinator focuses on building our non-sport related content across our social media platforms. Rachel is also researching the feasibility of an SACU podcast.
Felix Gifford
Felix’s role as Training and Education Coordinator focuses on working with our development team to deliver the SACU’s Hands on Helper and Motorcycle Sport Inclusion Training workshops.
Jack Chapman
Jack's role as Sports Management and Development Intern is to support the group in achieving their agreed upon targets. Jack is also working with our development team to deliver the SACU’s Hands on Helper and Motorcycle Sport Inclusion Training workshops.
Alan Roberts
Alan’s role as Sponsorship and Brand Coordinator focuses on building the SACU brand as well as identifying external sponsorship opportunities.
Andrew Wood
Andrew’s role as Chair focusses on leading the group and ensuring progress is being made. Andrew also supports a number of the group members in their role.
